We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, with multiple MTR stations within a short walk. It was easy to access the downtown MRT train from the airport. The hotel was clean and had all the necessary facilities. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast provided a variety of options.
No hot water upon arrival, disappointing after a long journey.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and it has become my go-to place whenever I visit this city. The location is unbeatable, as it is situated right in the center of the city and close to a convenient MRT station. The staff here are exceptional, treating guests like family. From the friendly front desk staff, particularly Shanti, to the kind bellman gentleman, they truly take care of you. The attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms at a great value for money. Plus, the breakfast, included in the rate, offers a variety of options for vegetarians.

The Hotel Bencoolen Singapore offers friendly and helpful staff, good size rooms with efficient room attendants. The receptionist staff and porter are also helpful. It provides good value for money and has a convenient location with a 24/7 food court, 7/11 store, and money changer nearby. The hotel is close to a bus stop and MRT station, and has a good size bathroom with a shower over bath.
